With the burgeoning real estate market, individuals and real estate developers are in frenzy about making land purchases in the choicest areas of town. The cost of building too isn’t overlooked but can be quite cumbersome when making enquiries about where to get these building materials and how much they cost. Perhaps one might not even be financially buoyant at the time but would still want to get the prices for these building materials to give you a sense of direction so as to make plans when the money comes.

Probably you are wondering the cost of building materials in Nigeria and their prices in 2020 considering the rate of inflation of goods and services, however, the answer isn’t far fetched.
