    my dstv is mearnt to be due on the 6th of March 2016, but i dont no what happen this evening, its been showing E 16-4 since i came back from office. No other channel is showing except 100.

    1. Sure it is. Take your decoder to any DSTV office and an upgrade would be done. Just that you will be charged for the services.

      e.g: RESET 3453450346 to 30333

        1. You are supposed to set your channel to channel 154 before sending reset to 30333.

  17. Hello, will really appreciate a feed back on this. Recently acquired DSTV Explorer. I paid for a subscription on N6000 for Compact view online, when I called the customer service to clear the E16 error on my screen, I am told I STILL NEED TO make additional payment for using an explorer….is that true! I find that ridiculous.
    I need a clear answer why I should have addtional charges every single month close to N3000 for using a different hardware!!!!!!!!!

    I recharged the dstv cable on the 17th of march with 1800,meanwhile we normal recharge full bouquet for every month but due to some issues we decided to recharge 1800,surprisly we got cut off being 10th of march and when I got to the place I recharged I was told I recharged on the 12th of march which I know was not true cos I recharged it myself. Gm, this is issue is becoming so annoying and faustrasting,the day one tend to watch an interesting programme that is when your service tend to act up.first I don’t seem to understand why I should be having just one channel,which is 100 when am not owing.2ndly I don’t seem to understand when the language will automatically change to another language that I don’t seem to understand I can’t even read the language if it French or Italy.
