Ignatius Ajuru University of Education, postgraduate admission form application process this academic session is the same step used by applicants during the previous session, the only major difference is the closing date of the application form. Going by the above information, it is important to point out that the schools that are affiliated to IAUE PG school are to follow the application steps outlined below but first let’s go through the requirements for applying for the form online.

Requirements for Applying for IAUE Postgraduate Admission Form

1) POSTGRADUATE DIPLOMA (PGD, PGDL, PGDE)

• First degree from any recognized University with a Pass Degree
• First degree from any recognized University with Third Class Degree
• Higher National Diploma in a related field of study

2) MASTER’S DEGREE (MA, MA ED, MED, MLS, MSC. ED)

• First degree from any recognized University with at least a Second Class Degree in a related field
• Postgraduate Diploma in a related field of study

3) MASTER OF PHILOSOPHY (MPHIL/PHD)

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Master of Public Administration (MPA)
• Master’s degree in a related field with a CGPA less than 3.5 on a 5.0 scale

4) DOCTORATE DEGREE (PHD)

• Master’s degree in a very related field with a CGPA of 3.5 and above on a 5.0 scale

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

Photocopies of NYSC Discharge/Exemption Certificates, photocopies of all qualifying credentials, including O’level must be attached to the completed application forms. Candidates should arrange for their transcripts to be sent directly to the Secretary, School of Postgraduate Studies. Non-receipt of transcripts in time is at the detriment of the applicant.

DURATION OF STUDIES

Postgraduate Diploma Programmes

1. Full-Time Diploma: Minimum of two semesters and a maximum of four semesters.
2. Part-Time Diploma: Minimum of three semesters and a maximum of eight semesters.

Masters Degree Programmes

1. Full-Time: A minimum of three semesters and a maximum of six semesters.
2. Part-Time: A minimum of four semesters and a maximum of eight semesters.

M.Phil/Ph.D Programmes

1. Full-Time: A minimum of six semesters and a maximum of eight semesters.
2. Part-Time: A minimum of eight semesters and a maximum of ten semesters

Ph.D Programme

1. Full-Time: A minimum of six semesters and a maximum of eight semesters.
2. Part-Time: A minimum of eight semesters and a maximum of ten semesters.

How To Apply for IAUE Postgraduate Admission Form

Candidates are to complete the registration form online after successful payment of Registration fees of twenty-five thousand six hundred naira only (N25, 600.00) and Purchase of Brochure fee of N7, 600.00.

All fees are paid Online using either ATM Card or via Interswitch Pay Direct at any bank with an invoice generated from your Registration account.

Follow the procedure below for both online payment and registration for the programmes:

Step 1 – Visit the University website www.iauoe.edu.ng

Step 2 – Click on Postgraduate School on the menu.

Step 3 – On the Postgraduate School web page, click on Register for 2023/2024 Postgraduate Programmes.

Step 4 – A page appears; enter the following information:

• Full Name
• Phone Number
• E-mail Address

Step 5 – Then click Register

Step 6 – An SMS containing your login details will be sent to you. Also, your login details will be displayed on the page for you to copy and take notes.

Step 7 – Click on login and enter your username and password sent to your phone.

Step 8 – You will be prompted to change your password. Save your new password.

Step 9 – From the menu on the left, click on Fees Payment.

Step 10 – Select Session from session dropdown.

TO PAY FOR REGISTRATION FEE:

Step 1 – From Payment Description dropdown, select Registration Fee (PG School) – 2023/2024

Step 2 – Click on the Pay button and then click on Generate Invoice below.

Step 3 – Confirm your invoice and click on proceed to pay.

Step 4 – You may pay with your ATM Card or print out the invoice and proceed to any bank with it to pay via Interswitch Pay Direct.

TO PAY FOR THE BROCHURE:

Step 1 – From Payment, Description dropdown select Brochure Fee (PG School) – 2023/2024

Step 2 – Click on the Pay button and then click on Generate Invoice below.

Step 3 – Confirm your invoice and click on proceed to pay.

Step 4 – You may pay with your ATM Card or print out the invoice and proceed to any bank with it to pay via Interswitch Pay Direct.

Step 5 – After successful payment of Registration and Brochure fees, login and click on the Update Registration Form menu on the left.

Note – You may download the softcopy of the Brochure (From the menu on the left) for detailed information about the programmes. A hard copy is available for collection at the Postgraduate School.

Step 1 – Update ALL FIELDS on your Registration Form (upload your passport photo and copies of your credentials) and Submit.

Step 2 – Print out your Registration Form and Payment Receipt.
