OYSCATECH Cut Off Mark For All Courses 2025/2026 Academic Session

The school authority has announced the Oyo State College of Agriculture and Technology, JAMB cut off mark for all courses offered at the polytechnic in compliance with JAMB’s directive. Before OYSCATECH’s administration and school authorities set their minimal cut-off point, it must be consistent with JAMB’s approved cut-off mark for the academic session. JAMB does not set the OYSCATECH cut off mark; nevertheless, they (JAMB) set a predetermined admission cut off point for each academic session that no polytechnic is allowed to fall below, i.e., in the case of OYSCATECH, they are not allowed to fall below the ceiling set for setting cut off marks.

JAMB set the overall cut-off mark for all Polytechnics at 100 this academic session. OYSCATECH, on the other hand, is free to set its minimal entrance cut-off point at 100 or higher. The cutoff mark for OYSCATECH, for example, is 100. This simply means that candidates who select OYSCATECH as their preferred polytechnic must have obtained a score of 100 or higher in order to acquire an OYSCATECH post-UTME form and apply for admission to their desired programme. It is the responsibility of JAMB to regulate and admit qualified applicants who meet the OYSCATECH cut-off point and have passed the Post-UTME test.

Oftentimes candidates seeking admission are confused as to what is the best JAMB score for their course which results to questions like?

I got 120 in JAMB; can i be admitted into OYSCATECH?

What score must I get to study Computer Science in OYSCATECH?

What is OYSCATECH cut off mark for 2025/2026 academic session

Candidates, who scored 100, 120, 130, 140, or higher may wonder if they are eligible to study Political Science or any of the OYSCATECH courses, please note that using the courses and cut-off marks published today, you will be able to determine whether or not you are eligible for admission to OYSCATECH on your own. I’ll include the accepted OYSCATECH courses as well as the minimal JAMB cut off mark you’ll need to be qualified for Post UTME at OYSCATECH.

Please keep in mind that selecting OYSCATECH as your first choice of polytechnic in your UTME registration is the first step to getting admission, as the school will give priority to applicants who chose OYSCATECH as their first choice of polytechnic before evaluating other options if necessary.

Candidates with higher JAMB scores have a better chance of getting into OYSCATECH, even though all candidates who score 100 and above are given equal chances to sit for the post-UTME. This is because after calculating their aggregate score or weighted average, candidates with higher JAMB scores tend to score higher because their UTME scores give them an advantage when calculating their average cut.

To improve your chances of pursuing your selected degree, you should work as hard as possible to achieve high in your JAMB and Post-UTME exams.

With the aforementioned facts at your disposal, I am confident that you will get admitted to OYSCATECH without difficulty. Except for applicants from the Educationally Less Developed States, the majority of candidates are unaware that a low JAMB score reduces their chances.

The OYSCATECH cut off mark is fairly high, which means that scoring up to 100 in your JAMB is difficult, unlike other Federal schools with the same level as OYSCATECH, which have a minimum cut off mark of 100.

In the table below, I have listed all OYSCATECH courses as well as the OYSCATECH JAMB cut off mark in a tabular manner for both first-time candidates and candidates who have already attempted JAMB.
