FUTMINNA Acceptance Fee Payment & Registration Procedure for Freshers 2025/2026 Academic Session


Payment of FUTMINNA acceptance fee is a compulsory stage for every newly admitted students upon seeing their name of the FUTMINNA admission list. Payment of acceptance fee has a time frame attached to it. Oftentimes payment of your acceptance fee is supposed to be done within a month upon seeing your name on the admission list.


The FUTMINNA acceptance fee is the most compulsory fee to be made first after being admitted because it serves as a proof of acceptance of the provisional admission being offered to you by the University, hence must be treated with utmost priority. There have been many cases where candidates lose out on their admission simply because they failed to pay their acceptance fee as and when due.

In this post, I will be guiding you through the stages involved in payment of FUTMINNA acceptance fee as a fresh student. This post is very important for freshers because I have received emails from freshers requesting I guide them through the payment of the acceptance fee procedure.

FUTMINNA ACCEPTANCE FEE PAYMENT PROCEDURE 2025/2026 SESSION

Payment of Acceptance Fee

Step 1 – Click on 2025/2026 UTME/ DE Admission Status’ Link to Print/Reprint your admission status, so that you can retrieve your STUDENT ID.

Step 2 – Click on the link below to continue to Acceptance Fee Payment page.

Click Acceptance Fee Payment to continue with the steps below.

Step 1 – Click on the Link ‘Request for new Password’ on the Login page.

Step 2 – Enter your STUDENT ID

Step 3 – Click ‘Submit’ button

Step 4 – A page is displayed, showing the email created for you by the University.

Note: To Access your school email

Step 5 – Visit the University website; www.futminna.edu.ng

Step 6 – Click on the Student link on the website

Step 7 – A page is displayed showing Student Resources. Scroll down and click on Student e-mail. Alternatively, you can go to www.gmail.com

Step 8 – Enter your school email and your password. (Note: Your Password is your JAMB Registration Number). The system will prompt you to change your password.

Step 9 – Click on the inbox to retrieve the eportal password sent to your email. (Note: If there is no password in the inbox, check the Spam folder for the password)

Step 10 – Click on the link below to continue to Acceptance Fee Payment page. (https://eportal.futminna.edu.ng)

Step 11 – Enter your Student ID and the eportal password from the email.

Step 12 – Click on the Login button

Step 13 – Your Portal page will be displayed showing your record. Click on the Acceptance Fee menu on the left pane.

Step 13 – Select payment type and click on submit button to complete your transaction.

FUTMINNA REGISTRATION PROCEDURE FOR FRESHERS

Step 1 – Click on Student Link and scroll down to select ‘e-portal’

Step 2 – Enter your Student ID and Password to login to your personal page

Step 3 – Enter your date of birth, nationality and number of sittings of your examinations

Step 4 – Click the button ‘Update Admission Data’ to continue, in case the system logs you out; re-login with your Student ID and Password and continue.

Step 5 – Click on ‘Personal Data’ to fill in your personal data

Step 6 – Click on Academic Record to upload credentials

Step 7 – Enter your examination details. Candidates with two sittings should enter combination of the sittings on the seven(7) result boxes provided

Step 8 – All Direct entry candidates should do same as in 6 above and enter higher education records

Step 9 – Upload scanned documents of the following credentials (Guarantor/Referee, Birth Certificate or Declaration of Age, First O’level Result, Second O’level Result (Optional), Evidence of Name (in case of change of name), Signature, State of Origin).

NOTE:

  1. Ensure that your scanned documents for upload are in jpeg or jpg format.
  2. The Dimension for signature must be 150(height) x 170(width) pixels
  3. The Dimension for other documents must be 500(width) x 680(height) pixels
  4. Click on ‘Submit Academic Records’ button to submit your data.
  5. Wait until your status changes to Cleared or Rejected. If Cleared proceed to payment stage but if Rejected, read the reason(s) for rejection.
