KUST Matriculation Ceremony Schedule 2025/2026 Academic Session


The administration of The Aliko Dangote University Of Science and Technology, Wudil has officially announced the forthcoming Matriculation Ceremony for new students in the 2025/2026 academic session. This ceremony is set to be held on the university campus as detailed below:

The Matriculation Ceremony is scheduled to hold on Thursday, 14th March, 2024 at University Convocation Arena by 9am. Therefore, there will not be class for all fresh students at D- Day, as mentioned by the management

Moreover, those that are yet to receive their respective admissions from Jamb should make sure the course given to them by the university management is the same as the one they applied for; if not, they should make sure to change it to the one given to them by the management before coming to this Sunday, March 10, 2024. If you fail to do so, your details will not be on the matriculation list.

To ensure a seamless event, Faculty Officers are kindly requested to pay attention to the following guidelines:

  1. Matriculation gowns can be obtained from the Central Stores located within the premises of the
  2. Students are advised to specify their respective Faculties/Departments on their payment documents. This will expedite the issuance of receipts at the Faculty level.
  3. Faculty Officers are responsible for distributing matriculation gowns to their students upon presentation of the payment receipt for school fees.
  4. In accordance with proper requisition procedures, the Chief Stores Officer is instructed to provide gowns to Faculty Officers.
  5. Faculty Officers are tasked with ensuring that their matriculating students are seated in the hall by 10:00 Furthermore, they are expected to maintain order and decorum among their students during the matriculation ceremony.

Faculty Officers are urged to communicate these instructions to their respective students and ensure compliance.
