The revised Auchi Poly academic calendar is designed to span approximately one year. All academic and non-academic activities have been meticulously scheduled within the approved time frame, as directed by the polytechnic’s management.

- 18th April, 2024 – School Board Meetings for the Consideration of the 2023/2024 First Semester Examination Results
- 23rd 25th April, 2024 – Academic Board Meetings for the Consideration of the 2023/2024 First Semester Examination Results
- 26th April, 2024 – First Semester Examinations End for ND II Students from Industrial Training
- 1st May, 2024 – Workers’ Day
- 12th June, 2024 – Democracy Day
- 15th June, 2024 – Submission of Course Work/Test Scores
- 17th 18th June, 2024 – Id-el Kabir
- 1st July 6th July, 2024 – Students’ Union Government (SUG) Week.
- 15th July, 2024 – Commencement of the 2023/2024 Second Semester Examinations for the School of Art & Industrial Design
- 22nd July, 2024 – Commencement of the 2023/2024 Second Semester Examinations for all Other Schools
- 14th August, 2024 – 2023/2024 Second Semester Examinations End for All Students
- 15th August, 2024 – Students Vacate Campus
- 28th August, 2024 – Departmental Board Meetings for Consideration of the 2023/2024 Second Semester Examination Results
- 3rd September, 2024 – School Board Meetings for Consideration of the 2023/2024 Second Semester Examination Results
- 10th-12th September, 2024 – Academic Board Meetings for the Consideration of the 2023/2024 Second Semester Examination Results.
