Good morning. Most schools prefer being selected as first choice of institution. So its usually necessary to change the school as first choice via JAMB CAPS. However, if BABCOCK accepts being selected as 2nd choice like few schools do, then he can apply directly without changing his choice of institution to 1st choice.
