Eligibility Requirements
- Candidates who registered for the 2ND FPNO supplementary admissions Exercise but are yet to be offered admission can reapply for any of the advertised courses at NO COST.
- Those who did not choose FPNO as First Choice Polytechnic but scored a minimum of 160 can also apply on the condition that they visit the JAMB website for a change of Institution to FPNO as First Choice Polytechnic.
- Candidates who did not initially register for FPNO PUTME and supplementary admissions can also apply on the condition that they pay the sum of Fifteen thousand naira (N15, 000.00) only for the PUTME and supplementary
- You must upload your O’Level results on JAMB PORTAL to be used for the PUTME screening
- Candidates should be properly guided by the provisions in the JAMB brochure with particular reference to the UTME combinations and SSCE requirements.
How To Apply for FPNO Supplementary Admission Form
All candidates MUST first go to the school’s website, www.fpno.edu.ng. and click on “Application form’s link” on the home page under student’s menu, choose your desired programme to proceed.
2. Fill your Bio-data in the form and generate an invoice, print or copy out the invoice number, (you can do this on your mobile phone).
3. Proceed to Federal Polytechnic Nekede Microfinance Bank or any bank of your choice and make a payment of (N15,000.00) Fifteen Thousand Naira only on Remita platform, using RRR number on the invoice you generated. You can also choose to make payment using your VERVE, VISA or MASTER CARD.
If you choose the card payment option, you will be asked to fill the card details for the payment to be processed immediately.
- Return to the school’s website www.fpno.edu.ng. click on “application form”, and complete your application process. Submit your data as requested and print out your acknowledgment slip. If you process your payment using your card, you will return to the portal immediately to print your receipt and acknowledgment slip.
5. All Application procedures MUST be completed on or before 12 midnight of 28th February, 2024. Applicants can start and complete this process from any location in the country.
It is therefore advisable to minimize trips to Owerri for the purpose of completing the form.

Interested candidates who sat for the 2023 UTME are invited to apply for Supplementary admission into the Federal Polytechnic Owerri. The Polytechnic portal will remain open for applications until February 28, 2024.
