Management has said that only UTME 2025 students with a minimum score of 180 and DE (Direct Entry) candidates will be eligible to purachase a supplementary admission form.

Eligibility Requirements

1. Candidates who registered for the 2ND FUTO supplementary admissions Exercise but are yet to be offered admission can reapply for any of the advertised courses at NO COST.
2. Those who did not choose FUTO as First Choice University but scored a minimum of 160 can also apply on the condition that they visit the JAMB website for a change of Institution to FUTO as First Choice University.
3. Candidates who did not initially register for FUTO PUTME and supplementary admissions can also apply on the condition that they pay the sum of Fifteen thousand naira (N15, 000.00) only for the PUTME and supplementary
4. You must upload your O’Level results on JAMB PORTAL to be used for the PUTME screening
5. Candidates should be properly guided by the provisions in the JAMB brochure with particular reference to the UTME combinations and SSCE requirements.

How To Apply for FUTO Supplementary Admission Form

Registration commences on Tuesday, August 01 and closes on Tuesday, August 08, 2023.

Step 1 – Visit the University official website “futo.edu.ng”

Step 2 – Click on “Prospective Students”

Step 3 – Click on “Undergraduate”

Step 4 – Click on 2023/2024 Supplementary Application.

Step 5 – Click on “Apply Here”

Step 6 – Enter your JAMB Registration

Step 7 – For old applicants: Proceed to step (ix)

Step 8 – For new applicants: Print your invoice and proceed to any bank to pay a non- refundable fee of N11, 000.00 using your Remittal Retrieval Reference (RRR) code on the

Step 9 – Alternatively, you can make payment using your ATM

Step 10 – After successful payment in the bank, return to the
