The administration of The Osun State Polytechnic has officially announced the forthcoming Matriculation Ceremony for new students in the 2025/2026 academic session. This ceremony is set to be held on the university campus as detailed below:

Date: Tuesday, 16th April, 2024.
Time: 11:00 AM
Venue: The ETF Hall
Instructions for Matriculants
- Any student who fails to register and consequently does not matriculate forfeits his/her admission and studentship.
- Academic Gowns will be available for collection from the Faculty Officers as from Monday, 15 April, 2024.
- All academic Gowns collected for the ceremony should be returned unfailingly to the Faculty Officers before close of work on Wednesday, 17th April, 2024.
- Failure to return the Gown by any student shall attract a fine of 00per day of default, this is also subject to upward review and further sanctions.
- Any student who has not paid school fees and other charges and duly registered will not be able to matriculate.
Faculty Officers are urged to communicate these instructions to their respective students and ensure compliance.
