General Admission Requirements

Interested candidates MUST possess WAEC/GCE/NECO O’Level , with minimum of Five (5) credit passes which must include English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology at not more than two (2) sittings and not older than 5 years without additional qualification. The subject combination must include the following

• Physics
• Chemistry
• Biology

Admission Requirements Per Nursing Programme

Basic General Nursing and Basic Midwifery

In addition to the general requirements above, minimum age of entry shall be sixteen (16) years on admission.

Post Basic General Nursing

Applicant must be a registered midwife or Psychiatric Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria with a valid license.

For Post Basic Midwifery

Must be a registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria with a valid license.

How to Apply for School of Nursing Osogbo Admission Form

Step 1 – Interested applicants are to first create an account via https://admission.schoolofnursingosogbo.ng/create_account.php to sign up.

Step 2 – Register by filling your email address and password

Step 3 – Confirm your password

Step 4 – Enter your first name, last name and phone number

Step 5 – Select your programme

Step 6 – Click on sign up

Step 7 – You will be required to pay a registration fee of seven thousand, five hundred naira (7500) plus 150 bank charges which makes it (#7,650.00) only for admission into the Basic school of nursing while the registration fee for admission into the school of post basic midwifery and post Basic Nursing programme is fifteen thousand naira (#15,150.00) only inclusive of bank charges.

Step 8 – You will be directed to make payment via flutterwave platform or via bank making use of your active debit card.

Step 9 – Kindly fill the form properly with your valid information, take note of your password, as you will be using it for the subsequent login. If you have already register, click the Login Button to log in to your dashboard.
