b) Candidates who did not choose UNIZIK as their first choice institution, but wish to study in the institution are ELIGIBLE to apply for UNIZIK Post UTME on the grounds that such candidate(s) must have successfully completed a change of Institution and course to Nnamdi Azikiwe University on the JAMB Portal before the closing date.
c) Candidates with AWAITING RESULTS who selected Nnamdi Azikiwe University as their 1st choice of institution during 2025/2026 UTME registration or changed their institution and course to UNIZIK are NOT ELIGIBLE to apply for UNIZIK post UTME form for the 2025/2026 academic session.
How to Apply for UNIZIK Post UTME/DE Screening Admission Form
To apply for UNIZIK post UTME & Direct Entry form online, candidates must adhere strictly to the following guidelines:
Step 1 – You are to visit apply.unizik.edu.ng
Step 2 – Create a UNIZIK application account:
Step 3 – First validate your JAMB registration number
Step 4 – supply your LGA and UTME subjects combination
Step 5 – click on Submit change.
Step 6 – Next provide an email address, phone number, Date of birth, password
Step 7 – click on update profile.
\Step 8 – Then Validate your account by providing the code sent to your email.
Step 9 – Click Verify and Click Proceed to Sign in.
Step 10 – On the sign in page and Login with your JAMB number/email and password.
Step 11 – After a successful login, on the Dashboard, click O’Level to add O’level results
Step 12 – Click Buy Form to pay the sum of N2000 (pay online with debit card or print account details and pay at the bank)
Step 13 – After payment return to the portal and Click on submit form to submit your application.
